  We went with the expectation of a family friendly experience and staff who would know how to deal appropriately with kids, unfortunately neither of these expectations were realised. Single worst experience of a honey shop I have ever come across. Although their range is decent the experience was decidedly negative after one staff member chastised my child to the point of tears for having a second taste of the one type of honey she liked! But the main thing that upset me was that she approached my child (8) rather than myself or my husband!! Surely any place that prides itself on being child friendly should have better knowledge of what is and is not appropriate! When I tried to discuss this issue with staff they were very negative and refused to acknowledge the problem. We will never be returning and highly discourage anyone with kids from going there either. Really really saddened!!
